An automatic tray-wrapper RFQ starts with the machine. “High cling, 450 mm” is not enough to confirm that a roll will load, track, cut and wrap.

Use a three-gate trial
- Desk fit: compare proposed roll drawing with the machine limits.
- Load and jog: confirm clearance, direction and tracking.
- Representative run: log startup, steady operation, stop/restart and the difficult tray formats.
Keep settings fixed when comparing films. Retain failed packs and identify the roll and machine count.
Lock the approved configuration
The order should reference the film SKU, roll drawing, machine, settings window and trial record. Use the core-fit guide for loaded-roll checks. YIYUAN's product page provides starting dimensions only; machine compatibility must come from this completed sheet and the trial.
