Choose rolls per carton from the customer’s order unit and the receiver’s handling limit, then verify cube, compression and identification. There is no universal best case count.
Define every pack level
| Level | Control |
|---|---|
| Roll | SKU, dimensions and net product |
| Inner pack, if used | Count, protection and lot label |
| Master carton | Total rolls, layout, external dimensions and gross weight |
| Pallet/load | Cartons, pattern, height, weight and lot map |
Compare the actual trade-off
Carton CBM = external closed length × width × height in metres.
Cube per roll = carton CBM ÷ accepted rolls.
A larger count can reduce cube per roll but increase lifting, bottom-layer pressure and units affected by one damaged carton. Test the final rolls, boxes, dividers and carton together.
Lock the quote unit
State roll, inner and master counts so “24 packs” cannot mean different things. The quote comparison guide uses these defined inputs. YIYUAN’s product page shows example pack ranges; confirm the final count for the exact roll and box.
