Comparable cost per usable metre = total format-specific cost ÷ verified metres successfully used.
Trial the busiest station
Keep film construction and roll dimensions constant. Record cuts, jams, damaged packs, roll changes and remaining film when a pack or dispenser is replaced. Include wet-hand or glove handling only if it is part of the real workflow.
Specify the complete format
For cutter boxes, approve opening, cutter, board and roll fit using the published box check. For refills, specify core, OD, winding and dispenser. YIYUAN lists both formats on the commercial roll page; request two otherwise identical samples if the format decision is still open.
